Terms & Conditions

1. Renters Financial Responsibility

The renter is responsible for the first £500.00 of any damage or loss to the vehicle (£700.00 excess in the case if minibus hire). This applies to each & every occurrence. The renter is responsible for all overhead damage on commercial vehicles.

2. Drivers

Drivers must be between the ages of 21 and 75 & have held a full clean driving licence for a minimum of 12 months with no serious accidents. Certain endorsements are acceptable. Please check at the time of booking. 21 - 22 year old drivers must have held a full licence for a minimum of 2 years & have no endorsements or accidents. Minimum age for drivers of minibus’s is 25.

3. Additional Drivers

Additional drivers will be charged £5.00 per day/£25.00 per week providing they conform to 2 of the above & complete and additional driver proposal form.

4. Additional Identification

Renters must show driving licence plus additional identification at the time of rental. This will normally take the form of a passport or credit/debit card and a current utility bill/bank statement. Please check when booking.

5. Hire Periods

Daily Rentals are only Mon-Fri.

Hires are 24 hours from when collected. Any overnight hires following daily rentals will be charged at ½ the daily rate. Opening Hours for Bradford - Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm and Saturday 8.30am - 1pm.

Opening Hours for Baildon - Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday 8.30am - 12pm.

6. Deposits

A deposit will be required at the time of rental. Please check at time of booking.

7. Booking Deposits

A minimum of £20.00 non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking minibuses

8. Removal Trolleys (sack carts) are available to rent at £5.00 per day.
